why is it so hard to open a support case, I tried looking and I just seem to get pointed to page after page of the same thing?
RIGHT my problem is I think accidentally put two codes for day zero on my account, one was for me and the other for a friend, we use the same computer and I think despite him signing into his account I think his code went on my account, when he put his code in he got the same message as myself, " it could take upto 24hours." that was over a week ago! I want to open a support case to see if i have redeemed two codes on my account but try finding "open a case" needle and haystack come to mind. I do not want to spend hours on the phone as its not cheap rate and will cost a bomb.
all I want is some help on this matter, or is there anyway I can look up what I have redeemed IE day zero code?
