Hello Activision Support,
I bought Call of Duty Ghosts Prestige Edition new for Xbox 360. I redeemed the code for the season pass successfully on Xbox Live.
For the Ghosts Insignia Digital Pack and Official Soundtrack, I have to redeem a code on Callofduty.com/ghosts/CE.
My problem is that this website says that my code is invalid. I am sure that I entered the code without mistakes. My account is linked to my Xbox Live account.
