I purchased a gem pack with bonus gems for Skylanders Lost Islands early on July 4. My account was charged 14.99 but I have not received the gems. I tried force stopping the game, I uninstalled & re-installed the game...still no gems. I have been trying for DAYS to submit a case from various PC's using different browsers and NOTHING happens when I click "Submit Case". This is ridiculous for a company that has been around as long as Activision has to have such useless customer support. C'mon people- I realize the game was free but the digital content (gems) was most definitely not! There should be something within the app itself that allows me to file a claim to get a ticket to eventually speak to customer support....I am one VERY UNHAPPY customer at this point. Is your "customer support" deliberately difficult, because it certainly seems like your aim is to annoy your customers in the hopes that they give up and go away!
