I purchased the 14.99 gem pack with bonus gems early on the fourth of july. I have not received the gems, but my checking account was debited for the purchase. I am VERY upset as the purchase was made primarily to take advantage of the holiday weekend sale items. I have tried repeatedly to file a claim, to get a claim number, so I can call support but absolutely nothing happens when I click submit- tried several PCS and browsers and still nothing. Tried changing browser settings and still nothing. I am VERY UNHAPPY, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED and will likely NEVER purchase digital content from Activision again. Your customer support is pathetic for a company your size. The in game help tells me to call a phone number, the recorded message on the phone tells me I have to go to the website to essentially make an appointment to call phone support. Then the website tells me I have to be logged in to access phone support. Then I finally get to the page to file a claim/create a case and....NOTHING happens when I click submit! Guess I should have done some research first, as it seems many other people have had the same problem (going back a year a more in some cases!). I just did not expect this kind of behavior from a company that has been around as long as Activision has.
