Account Deactivated. Had to make this alt account to ask.

I just recently logged into my account for the first time in a couple years and it's say my account is deactivated. It doesn't let me read or post, or anything else really. So I had to make this temp account to ask about it. How do I go about reactivating it? I have no idea what to do. The account name is DRJ419
