Call of duty black ops .. Texture missing ... BIG BUG

Hello, I bought your game Black Ops first And installed on Steam.Then I installed the English (it's Russian version of the game I think) I went to play zombiesEverything okay then one player left and I went to another online game zombies and since there were missing textures (quite a few were white) and zombie lacked body and legs are transparent just ... and when I re-install it through steam it again for the first time but then again it was the white texture or no .. I really need help. This game I bought exactly Kula mode zombies. thank you
