Steam support sent me here. There's a problem with Pro Hunts on PC where the save becomes corrupted after a certain amount of play and makes the game crash to desktop when booting. The only fix so far is to delete the progress file and start over. This is the second time that I've had to do this and the game is unplayable past a certain point in its current state.
I have performed the suggested registry fix, deleting the config/stats files, reinstalled the C++/DirectX .exe files and nothing has worked. The save simply becomes corrupted at a certain point and there's no way to get around it as far as I can tell so far.
