Zombie Wranglers, do you still have the rights to those servers from Frozen Codebase? I need help.

I want my stats reset because of an achievement problem, the game is glitched and even tho i collected everything i have to, it won't unlock an d i would like to restart to try again if i can get my collectible stats reset.
