My Call of Duty Ghosts stats and ranks on PS3 have been reset a Ghosts stats and ranks have been reset and i tried contacting Activision in the chat for more than 3hours but never got through :( what can i do?because i dont want to start over ....

I was prestige 13 in Extinction and had a few upgrades in the armory and now its all gone :/

Is there anything else i can do to contact Activision to get this resolved and everything restored ?
