Hi,
I have tried to contact support about my 1 hour ban but they only allow you to contact them for permanent bans. Can somebody tell me what it is for? I can always go play battlefield while waiting (and doubt I'll even get any kind of answer before the ban is up but..). I'd like to know what I did so that I can make sure it doesn't happen again. As far as I know I have not done anything and have not been put in a hacked lobby for some time.
