HELP skylanders lost island not loading after last update. I have plenty of free memory and running jelly bean 4.1.1 on a tablet. when I click on the icon it goes first to the activation screen, then the screen goes black, then takes me back to my home screen with the icon. I have spent real money on in app add-ons and at level 26, I don't want to loose the characters that I have bought and won.
