My COD Ghosts PC don' t starts, beaucause this message:"Your CPU does not reach minimum requirememts to run ghosts". The installation of the game is OK, the basic game and also the multiplayer.

I have: i3-3220 3.3 GHz Intel CPU, 8Gb DDR5 RAM/ GTX650 - 1Gb DDR5 RAM.What's happend?Why this fatal error appears? 

My CPU, reading the minimum requirements for this game, is OK or not OK for this game?
