Hey.. I made an emblem of a Swastika also. but I just like the symbol.. that's all. I love world war 2 history and world war 2 games. I've made a few WW2 emblems... I've made a HAMMER and SICKLE, A UNITED STATES EAGLE....etc... I truly. truly meant no disrespect. However.. I had an option to remove the emblem.. but I didn't, because during the occurrence, I haven't been on my XBOX for a few weeks.. so the day I put the game on, all the notices popped up.. the first one with the warning.. the second one with temporary ban.. and then finally the permanently ban notice. Treyarch could see that I haven't been on my Xbox or connected to Black Ops 2 during the occurrence... /: so, is there a way for a chance of redemption? I would like to make some awesome (non-discriminative,) emblems. could anyone point me in the right direction? I thank you soooo much!

This was a honest mistake.. I've made a few WW2 emblems. But I haven't been on Xbox during that time I've received the notice to remove it. I beg you.. please help. /=
