Dear Activision,
I want to formally complain with the support of fellow banned players. I want to explicitly say that discussion is not discussing the nature of our cases and why we were banned but protesting the complete denial that something is wrong with this company and how they're conducting their moderation of cheaters as well as removing all evidence that people are being banned. Not only is activision banning a unnecessary amount of players WITHOUT explanation, but they're shutting down their complaints. They are not just committing an injustice against their customers, they're TOUTING the fact that they're SAY IS THE FINAL SAY. Their code of conduct towards banning and misconduct needs to be REWRITTEN. First of all, after a ban, players should be given an explanation. Activision is NOT AND CANNOT BE JUDGE, JURY AND EXECUTIONER. There must be a system in place to appeal/repeal bans that are UNJUST. If a player is under investigation, then they MUST be made aware that they are under investigation for cheating or are potentially going to be banned ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE NEVER COMMITTED A VIOLATION. Not letting us know that we're under investigation IS A VIOLATION OF OUR PRIVACY. This isn't a case of real life crime, like traffic of narcotics or murder, THIS IS FOR A VIDEO GAME, we should be told we are in violation, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE'RE ARE NOT IN OBVIOUS VIOLATION of the code of conduct. Players need to be warned if they are in violation of the "Code of conduct". Cases like this also require the customers experiencing problems to discuss their problems, and reach out and share and EXPOSE the problems EVEN IF AT THE EXPENSE OF THE COMPANY. We're not in the wrong here, THE COMPANY IS. Shutting down all forms of communication about these mass bannings is FLAT OUT FASCIST.
REMEMBER, WE BUY THE GAMES, WE FEED YOUR FAMILIES ACTIVISION, MULTIPLAYER IS A SERVICE WE PURCHASED FROM YOU WHEN WE AGREED TO BUY THIS GAME, AND YOU MAY NOT BE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE US WITH THIS SERVICE, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE INTEGRITY AND SHOULD SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS IN VERY POOR TASTE AND I THINK THE ENTIRE BANNED-GHOSTS COMMUNITY CAN AGREE.
