please help lots of people banned for no reason. what is going on ,never even had a temp ban , I have all COD games, never had problem before

I played for 4 hrs. yesterday with a friend ,we were having a good time and normal discussion throughout game. Left console on cause of start up issues and have been perm .ban ,never even had a temp ban, I did read code of conduct and did nothing wrong there.
