Hello Support Team,
I've been playing SLI for a while now and I love the game but this morning I was not happy at all, I had the chance to purchase a special pack with double gems in for 4.99$ did the purchase within the required time limit and was charged the 4.99$ but never got the game to add the 550 gems that were promised upon purchased. I NEVER had this issue in the past and hope that someone will be able to help me with this ... who should I write to in order to either get the good or a refund on my 4.99$ for the stuff I never got ?
Anybody had this problem before ?
