Why can't i (the commander of my clan) access the clan details on Ghosts for the 360, and why is it saying that i am not in the clan, but members of the clan say that it still shows me as the commander?

Why does it say when i go into the barracks on Ghosts on the 360 that i have to create a clan and have my clan details locked out when i already have a clan and am the commander of the clan?
