I have been getting the error code A.B.C.-.-.F.G.H.I.J.K.-.-.N.-.-.Q.-.S.-.U.-.W.X.Y.Z since friday. I have followed the instruction about how to resolve this by re-setting my xbox one and waiting for the number in the top right of the screen to change before pressing A. Still it doesnt work. the number i get in the top right in 33.4.12.2. I have uninstalled and installed the game twice and have done a reset on my router. Is this a known issue and if so please can you assist? If it is not a known issue please could you also assist?
