TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ACTIVISION FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS

I purchased Tony Hawk Poo Skater 5, the "poo" is meant to be there.. I tried to get my money back from the store that I bought it from (JB HI-FI) and they informed me that I need to contact you. I live in Australia so it is nearly impossible to get in contact with you. I wasnt even the one that purchased the game, it was my partner, so its not my money to begin with. But she wants her money back. The game was falsely advertised. Tony hawk even got to play it early and still promoted it as being amazing. Along with getting my FULL REFUND, I would also like an apology from Activition or Tony Hawk himself. If I have to stay up into the early hours to phone you, I will be even more pissed off at the fact that I have wasted time playing the game, and hours trying to contact you. My email address is;[removed by moderator - for your privacy]I will happily pay the postage to mail it back to you. If I am denied a refund, I will hold onto the game for when Tony Hawk comes to Australia so that I have throw it at his big old man head
