I have a COD Advananced Warfare season pass and have Havoc and Ascendance but it won't give me an option to 'purchase' / download Supremacy. I get a red circle with slash next to where it says "DLC 3: Supremacy". My wife was able to install it on her XBOX360 under her Xboxlive account but I can't on mine with my account. I've tried restarting the console several times but no luck. We are on the same IP address and live overseas in SE Asia.
