I need some help, my account that is linked to all of my consoles is unable to come to these forums, can i please get in touch with someone who might be able to fix this?

Hey, my main account is not authorized to come to these forums and i have no idea why, i have an issue with the other account, but i cant post anything because its unauthorized for some reason. Help would be great, thanks !!!!!!
