Call of duty ghosts disconnects on the map loading screen and takes ages to load a map, when i first had the game it was all quick and no problems with it. please help

Call of duty ghosts disconnects on the map loading screen and takes ages to load a map, when i first had the game it was all quick and no problems with it. i changed some graphics settings and thats about it. please help
