A few months back, I was playing Black Ops 2 in multiplayer, and when I got to online multiplayer, it completely reset my level all the way to level one. but I still have my achievements and my equipped calling cards, plus my emblems, how do I get my stuff back? I didn't prestige yet by the way, it wasn't that.
