I have purchased the digital version of advanced warfare on xbox 360 which is downloaded but when log into my xbox one my free copy is not available it wants to charge me again.

Hi I have purchased advanced warfare on xbox 360 digital download which states you get the free upgrade on xbox one so I downloaded it then logged onto my xbox one but there is no free version to download.
