Skylanders Trap Team for Wii keeps freezing on Dreamcatcher Level - what can we do before returning the game?

Skylanders Trap Team for Wii keeps freezing up on the Dreamcatcher level.

We have tried:

1. Resetting the sytem - doesn't work
2. Unplugging and replugging in the game - doesn't work
3. Using a different Wii base unit - doesn't work

The problem appears to be with the game software itself. Please advise on what you are doing to fix this issue ASAP.
