I, too lost several items, most of which were reinstated but not my magic sanctum. But this spoils the whole game. I cannot believe they cannot reinstate this. We cannot even go back to the old magic sanctuary. Also, I have contacted them several times but have had no reply. DO ACTIVISION NEVER REPLY TO ANYTHING? Why did they close my case without reinstating everything I lost, and never contacted me? NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In fact, not even worthy of the word "support" or "customer service". Fed up with it.
