GGood morning. I have not been able to log into the support portal to check my ticket status. When you click on support it sends you to a Call of Duty site that is having problems also. Please fix this. I am thinking that this merger you did was full of problems. The game I am having problems with is Skylanders Lost islands. I keep getting a message that I am not connected to the internet. I. Am currently on the internet via my iPad sending this message, so. That is not the problem. I also read that, supposedly, up to 3 emails were sent about this update and how to make sure that your account was verified. I never got a single one. No message through the game or anything. It seems to me that there needs to be a better way to contact your gamers when there is something of such importance as a major update. Thank you.
