My extinction prestige is stuck at prestige 21 rank 31. It happened like 4 weeks ago. I played on my PS3 because it had already gotten the recent patch later that day i switched over to my ps4 and my prestige emblem was just a grey square i assume it was because ps4 hadn't gotten the update yet and so the prestige just didn't exist yet and so the prestige just didn't exist yet i kept playing thinking that when ps4 did get the patch that the problem would correct itself it hasn't has this ever happened to anyone ???? any one know how to fix this ?? helppp i already contacted activicion and they have no idea how to fix thissss i neeed help
