Why are Wii U Swap Force owners ignored?

Twice I have submitted a support case for the same (well known) problem, and twice been ignored. Case #s 03437652 and 03465449. First call  "Never heard of the problem. Will escalate and you will be contacted by email within 48 business hours."   I was not contacted and the case was "auto closed" a week later. On the second case (03465449) the agent apologized and had me attach screen shots showing the problem, which I did, and the agent immediately emailed me back to confirm he received the shots and will escalate, and I will be contacted. No answers. Auto close again. What's going on support? Even the worst support teams know a bad answer is better than no answer at all.
