Severed Ties Achievement Glitch?

Hi,

I've been playing Ghosts on Xbox One after recently upgrading from 360.

I've played through the campaign but have noticed that the achievement 'Severed Ties' has not unlocked. After replaying the mission on all of the difficulty settings, the achievement has still not popped.

I never experienced this issue on 360.

Any help please guys? (Would be greatly appreciated).
