I have just noticed that my players rank and stats have been reset. this means, that last time I played, I was prestige 8 and I had all weapons unlocked, but now I am lvl 1 with no weapons unlocked. activition has a service, which handles these problems on ps4 and xbox 1, but not on pc.
please help!!!!
