I've invested a good amount of money in this game and I want get even more characters but none of it is counting towards my portal rank. Is there a fix for this bug?
Also, checkpoints don't seem to do anything as every time I try to go to a level I have to start from the beginning. My family really has a limited time to play this fun game so this makes advancing nearly impossible.
